CCS Hospitality Marketing is a full-service Hotel Marketing and Revenue Management Consultancy based in Delhi. We work with Homestays, Bed and Breakfast and small to medium-sized independent hotels and chains.
The last decade has seen a fast-paced growth in the Bed and Breakfast segment in India, with many State Governments actively promoting the concept. What started as a push from the government and tourism departments during the Commonwealth Games in 2010 has now been taken forward by the growth of companies such as Airbnb and Oyo and other OTA's which have tried to promote this segment. The current pandemic has further created new opportunities for such accommodation as long stay options and Work-from-Home or Work-from-Mountains.
While many Bed and Breakfast or Homestay owners are keen to manage the property themselves, many lack the knowledge or resources to handle the marketing aspect of the business. I have been part of the Hospitality and Travel industries for over 30 years. Having graduated with a Diploma (Hons) in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) Canada, I started my career working with leading 5-star hotels in Delhi (Hyatt Regency, Radisson, ITC and InterContinental).
In 2004, I joined Desiya.com, a pioneer in the Online Travel Industry. As a founding member, I was responsible for setting up the company, recruiting and training the team and contracting hotels across North India.
In 2010, I returned to the hotel industry as General Manager with Sarovar Hotels and later with Ranbanka Palace in Jodhpur. I was able to use my experience at Desiya and Travelguru to help my hotels achieve strong revenues from the online channels. I also developed a better understanding of Revenue Management strategies.
Over the last ten years, I turned Consultant, using my experience of hotel operations and OTA Management to specialize in Revenue Management and Digital Marketing Services. My strategies have helped clients like Pacific Hotels achieve strong revenues through online channels which they were not exploiting earlier. Over the last few years, homestays have become a source of income and employment for many. The Covid pandemic further fueled the growth of this alternate accommodation.
I have been working with homestays and bed and breakfasts in helping them with their digital marketing strategies and growing revenues for them. This has led to the creation of a Homestay Marketing Solution that provides a complete plan for homestays and BnB's with customized and affordable marketing strategies from website development to social media management and revenue management.
